Weight loss for teens is not always easy! You know that getting that body moving is as important as your diet, but as a teenager, you have a very busy life, trying to balance friends, school, and other activities. It’s understandable that you might have a hard time fitting some exercise in. But exercises for teenagers do not have to be just another chore. There are many things that you can do to help you shape up and slim down.

4. Exercise videos. If you’re too shy about exercising in front of people, purchase a few exercise videos that you can do in the privacy of your own home. You can look for both cardio workouts and strength building workouts. Some videos will combine both in one.

5. Exercise with a friend. Try bringing a friend on board with you. Exercise can be much more fun if you’re doing it with someone else. Grab a friend and go for a walk or jog. You can push each other to do better.
