You can also try to get back into a running or aerobics routine. Remember that your fitness level may have decreased a bit due to your pregnancy. Don’t overwork yourself. This can cause harm. Ramp things up slowly to where you were when you stopped exercising.

You can also start to incorporate some strength training. Pilates is a good choice because it helps to rebuild your core, which can help prevent back pain from holding your baby.

When trying to lose fat after pregnancy, you should simply focus on being healthy. Eat the right foods and exercise moderately. Don’t push too hard to get back to your pre-baby weight in a very short time, or you could get into a yoyo dieting cycle, and that’s bad news.
